2. Monthly Subscriptions
Customers who purchase a monthly subscription may request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase date. Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted. If you cancel your subscription after the 7-day window, you will retain access to the services for the remainder of the subscription period, but no refund will be provided.

Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:
Refunds requested after the stated 30-day period for annual subscriptions or 7-day period for monthly subscriptions.
Partial refunds for unused time within the subscription period.
Any services purchased through a third-party platform or reseller.
5. Cancellation of Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling your subscription will prevent future billings but does not entitle you to a refund outside of the terms specified in this Refund Policy. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the services until the end of your current billing period.
